Properties:

Pale yellow crystalline powder; decompose with exposed to light. Melting point 258～260℃ (while decompose), specific optical rotation +45°. Slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol or chloroform. Practically insoluble in water. Soluble in N,N-dimethylformamide or the mixture of chloroform. Can not form slat with acids. Form sodium salt with NaOH solution.
